What we sell
Back Alley Animation Studio sells digital goods: motion-captured character animation files in FBX format, sold individually or in packs. Nothing physical is shipped.
Delivery
Purchases are delivered instantly. As soon as your payment is confirmed, your files are available for download from your account library. Download access does not expire.
Payment
All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR). Payment is processed securely by PayFast. Your order completes when PayFast confirms the payment.
Refunds
Because every animation can be fully previewed in 3D before purchase, and digital files cannot be returned, sales are generally final. That said, if a file is faulty, doesn't match its preview, or you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days and we'll make it right — repair, replacement, or refund.
Your account
Keep your login credentials private. You're responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts involved in fraud, abuse, or redistribution of purchased files.
Use of purchased files
Use of the animations is governed by our License. In short: use them freely in your projects, don't redistribute the files themselves.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
