What we collect

• Account details: your email address and encrypted password when you create an account.
• Order history: what you purchased, when, and for how much — so your library and downloads keep working.
• Usage analytics: we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used (pages visited, general location, device type). This data is aggregated and not used to identify you personally.

What we never see

Payments are processed by PayFast, a licensed South African payment provider. Your card or banking details go directly to them — they never touch our servers and we never store them.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember your cart, and power the analytics described above. No third-party advertising cookies are used.

Emails

We send transactional emails only — order confirmations, download links, and password resets. We don't send marketing email and we never sell or share your address.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete your account and its data, at any time. Email orders@backalleytechnology.studio and we'll action it promptly, subject to records we're legally required to keep (such as tax invoices).
